What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first session, I start with a comprehensive fitness evaluation to understand your goals, assess any physical limitations, and review your schedule and lifestyle. From there, we’ll determine the best training package to fit your needs. I’ll then design a customized workout program that is both safe and highly effective—built specifically to help you reach your fitness goals with confidence and consistency.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My journey into fitness began in college, but I’ve been an athlete for as long as I can remember. I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and how it moves, which naturally led me to pursue a career in fitness. I took that passion and built on it through education and hands-on experience. Over the years, I’ve developed a proven, client-centered approach to helping people reach their goals—rooted in education, motivation, patience, understanding, and a genuine commitment to helping others live healthier, more active lives.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients across all fitness levels—from professional athletes to individuals focused on general fitness. Whether your goal is weight loss, tightening and toning, increasing strength and flexibility, functional training, or rehabilitation, I tailor programs to meet your unique needs and help you succeed.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First and foremost, ensure your personal trainer is certified and insured. These are key indicators that they take their profession seriously and are both educated and professional. Next, consider their years of experience and look for client reviews or testimonials. One of the best ways to gauge a trainer’s effectiveness and reliability is through word of mouth and the success stories of their clients.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing ranges from $50 to $70 per session, depending on the package you choose and any travel requirements.
