  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and physical education I have been a certified personal trainer for 25 years.I hold over 12 different nationally accredited specialty certifications ranging from RKC kettlebells , TRX, Keiser M3 cycling instructor, senior Fitness, Sports specific training, weight loss , functional training boot camp, circuit training, exercise specialist, Master instructor for a nationally accredited personal training certification company.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically my process is to do a fitness evaluation on the first session to determine goals, limitations, and schedule. Then based on clients needs pick up a package that works best for them and start to design and program a workout program that will be safe and highly effective for them to achieve their fitness goals.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I got started in Fitness when I was in college I have always been an athlete all my life and the human body and movement has always interested me.So I took that passion and expanded on it with education and developed a highly successful formula for helping people achieve their fitness goals and experience a healthy lifestyle through education, motivation, patience, understanding and a willingness to help.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with all types and all Fitness levels from pro athletes to general fitness, weight loss, tightening and toning, increasing strength, flexibility, functional training, Rehabilitation

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    My advice when hiring a personal trainer first and foremost is to make sure they are certified then make sure they are insured. That will demonstrate to you that they take the profession seriously and they are educated and professional. The next thing I would look at would be years of experience and client reviews or testimonials one of the best barometers or gages for a qualified professional is word of mouth.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing is from $50 -$70 depending on package purchased and travel.
